This offset model uses the "Kilohook Worm 17" hook. The worm maintains a more horizontal posture than a regular down shot rig, making it more appealing to bass. Because the down leader can be thinner than the main line in this system, you can aggressively target submerged trees and obstacles with a "discard weight" down shot rig.
